Description: The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting a 10GB, non-switched Ethernet circuit between Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a controlled-access telecommunications requirement available to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement, with access requests requiring a UEI or CAGE code.
