Prototype Stripline Kickers RFP

Description: Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy, requests quotations for the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, documentation, and delivery of one stripline kicker prototype for the Electron Storage Ring swap-out injection kicker system at the Electron-Ion Collider. The firm-fixed-price award will go to a responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest total price while meeting the technical requirements. Quotes must be submitted by email by December 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST, and questions are due November 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST.
