Prospect Park Tennis House Reconstruction RFP

Description: Work consists of structural repairs and maintenance which involves repointing joints, adding dutchman, patching, pins to revive the structural integrity of the façade. Cleaning will take place on various oil and ferrous stains throughout the façade, as well as on the existing mosaic and terrazzo flooring. Existing ADA railings to receive new paint, and a new base in some cases.
