Property & Operations Management Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Qualified and experienced property management firms to provide comprehensive property management and facility coordination services. Maintain the property in a safe, clean, secure, and operational condition. Support the uninterrupted operation of the EOC, emergency dispatch center, and other essential County functions. Provide responsive property management services to County departments and the building’s private tenants. Proactively identify and address facility deficiencies, maintenance needs, operational risks, and tenant concerns. Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, inspections, and specialized services. Manage building service providers, vendors, contractors, and other third parties. Coordinate building operations in a manner that minimizes disruption to County operations and private tenants. Support regulatory compliance, life safety, accessibility, and emergency preparedness. Provide timely communication, documentation, reporting, and budget oversight. Maintain effective tenant communication and issue-resolution procedures.
