Property Acquisition Submittal
The San Diego Housing Commission (City of San Diego) requests qualifications from parties to submit properties they own or exclusively list for acquisition to increase affordable housing units within the City of San Diego. The RFQ accepts multiple property types (e.g., multi-family, hotel/motel, land for development, residential build-to-suit, and commercial repurposing) and requires respondents to submit statements of qualifications, certifications, and related documentation demonstrating experience and compliance.
