Supply Ontario (Ontario Shared Services), acting on behalf of the Government of Ontario, is establishing a multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for a Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) Software Solution to support the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and eligible non-OPS entities. The solution will provide a secure, scalable, enterprise-wide platform enabling organizations to prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions, emergencies, and crisis events, covering Business Continuity Management, IT Continuity Management, Building Emergency and Evacuation Management, Building Physical Security Planning, Emergency Management, and Crisis/Incident Management. The VOR arrangement has an initial term of three years plus two optional one-year extensions, with vendor refresh at Supply Ontario's discretion.
