Open VOR - Playground

Description: The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is establishing a list of Vendors of Record (VOR) for the Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Playground Equipment on an as-needed basis across its elementary and secondary schools in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada. Only pre-qualified proponents meeting the bid requirements will be added to the VOR list, and individual schools are not obligated to engage any listed vendor. The procurement complies with the Broader Public Sector Directives and applicable trade agreements including the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, CETA, and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
