Project Management Services for Rancho Vista Boulevard Grade Separation Project RFP

Description: The City is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consultants licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services for the Project Management Services for Rancho Vista Boulevard Grade Separation Project PN 914. The award, if made, will be to the respondent who best meets the needs of CITY based upon specified criteria, which may include both qualifications and experience in accordance with City of Palmdale Ordinance 1398. The project is currently in the final design phase at the 95% completion level and working with various agencies to finalize the design review. The project engineer’s estimate is currently at $80,000,000.
