Project Development Services - Road - 8 Small Structure Pipe Lining Projects, 1 Bridge Deck Overlay and a Pavement Restoration Project (RFP)

Provide preliminary engineering and plan development services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: environmental documentation preparation, topographic survey data collection, utility coordination, design, and other services as needed for bridge deck overlay and a pavement restoration project and 8 small structure pipe lining.
