Professional Surveying Continuing Services

Description: Monroe County seeks professional surveying services for small projects and expects to retain at least three firms or individuals under continuing-service contracts, with assignments made as needed and no guaranteed minimum work or compensation. Services may include boundary surveys, right-of-way determinations, specific-purpose surveys, topographic analyses, elevation certificates, and review or graphical interpretation of metes-and-bounds descriptions; individual projects are limited to construction costs of $250,000 or study fees of $25,000.
