Professional Engineering Services Neighborhood Infrastructure Program (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide professional engineering firm to serve as program engineer for its neighborhood infrastructure program, a multi-year, phased rehabilitation of the city's potable water and sanitary sewer systems by neighborhood project area, including associated roadway reconstruction or resurfacing, stormwater drainage, curb and gutter, and sidewalk improvements, as applicable, so that each neighborhood's infrastructure is addressed in a single pass. Services include surveying, design, permitting, grant and loan funding support, bidding, and construction engineering and inspection.
