Professional Design Services for Reid Park Zoo Master Plan Phase II Implementation (Request for Qualifications)

Provide professional design services through construction administration: stage 1: pygmy hippo and meerkat exhibits and stage 2: savannas; prepare an architectural design program statement with an estimate of all probable costs for the development of suitable facilities and related improvements. Construction documents will be prepared for those facilities and related improvements that can be completed for the amounts identified and budgeted for in the rpzmp; consultant shall include in their services a comprehensive construction estimates at each stage to be completed independently prior to the forthcoming construction stage. The timing of these estimates will be at the city s discretion relative to the progression of the stages identified. See attached file.
