Procurement of Water-Filled Cable Safety Barriers and Crash Attenuator Systems for FLETC Glynco

Description: This combined synopsis/solicitation is a 100% small-business set-aside Request for Quotation for the procurement and delivery of 649 portable, water-filled, cable-reinforced longitudinal safety barriers and six compatible, anchorless, water-filled crash attenuator end treatments for FLETC Glynco emergency driver-training ranges. The equipment must be new, meet NCHRP Report 350 and/or AASHTO MASH Test Level 3 standards, include required hardware and a minimum one-year commercial warranty, and be delivered FOB destination within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. Quotations are evaluated on technical capability and product quality, delivery and freight logistics, and price, with submissions due by email to the contracting officer on September 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
