Prison Shelter
Colquitt County is accepting sealed bids for construction of a steel shelter and two covered walkways at the County Prison in Moultrie, Georgia. The work includes a 16-by-24-foot metal shelter, two approximately 47-by-42-foot covered walkways, concrete piers, gutters and downspouts, and associated materials, permitting, shop drawings, erection, and installation. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 20, 2026, submit shop drawings, meet experience and insurance requirements, and include a 10% contingency for owner use.
