Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture is requesting quotes for Printer Lease and Maintenance Services to provide Ricoh Pro 8410s high-speed printers, accessories, and ongoing maintenance/support for a base period of one year plus four one-year options. The contractor must be an authorized Ricoh USA, Inc. dealer and provide capability documentation and certification from Ricoh. Evaluation will consider technical capability, experience, past performance, and price.
