Description: Project includes construction of an improved entrance and roadway along with the building pad for a new 960 sf pre-fabricated landfill scalehouse. The project includes: the demolition of the existing facilities and associated appurtenances to include, but not limited to construction of storm drain, water line service, overhead and underground electric, a sanitary sewer septic tank, pump tank, and force main to a new septic drain field; earthwork/paving operations; a concrete building pad and site improvements for the installation of the scale house, to include plumbing and electrical services; and construction of the pad for the proposed scales.
