Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking small-business sources for the design and construction of a new approximately 13,000-square-foot climate-controlled Airborne Equipment Parachute Repair Shop at Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona. The project includes complete design, site work and utilities, a 50-ton overhead crane, loading and storage features, aircraft cargo conveyance systems, HVAC, communications and security infrastructure, commissioning, and warranty support. The two-phase, firm-fixed-price, best-value procurement has an $8.2 million budget ceiling, and responses to the presolicitation are due September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT.
