Description: The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) is seeking a strategic advisory partner to modernize its enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) foundation as part of its adoption of a scalable and sustainable Zero Trust architecture. The engagement covers the full IAM scope including human and non-human identities, applications, APIs, cloud and on-premises environments, and associated governance and operating models across BDC's regulated digital ecosystem. The selected partner will deliver a fixed-mandate strategic IAM roadmap (Lot 1) and an on-demand advisory services retainer (Lot 2) over a base term running from November 2, 2026 through January 31, 2029, with two option periods.
