Prairie Lakes Cart Barn RFP

Description: The City of Grand Prairie is seeking qualifications from structural engineering firms to evaluate and design repairs for deteriorated column-base connections at the Prairie Lakes Cart Barn. The selected consultant will prepare structural analyses, repair designs, temporary support plans, signed and sealed construction documents, specifications, and an Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. Responses are due through the City’s procurement process by August 17, 2026, at 2:30 PM CDT, and the opportunity is an open Request for Qualification rather than a grant program.
