Powhite Bridge Bundle RFP

Description: The Powhite Bridge Bundle (Project) consists of work from two construction plan sets: Powhite Parkway Over Tomahawk Creek and Watermill overpass of Powhite Parkway. Combined, the projects will: Construct approx. 4120’ of the Powhite Parkway extension from east of Little Tomahawk Creek to the project limits of the Woolridge Widening Bundle Project west of Tomahawk Creek. A Shared Use Path will be constructed along the NB Powhite Parkway Lanes. Reconfigure the existing Old Hundred Road and Watermill Parkway intersection and construct 2410’ of roadway improvements along Watermill Parkway from south of Windmill Ridge Drive to south of Center Pointe Parkway. A sidewalk will be installed along the west and east side of the roadway. A sidewalk connection will be installed to tie into the Shared Use Path that is part of the Powhite Over Tomahawk construction plan set. Construct two 874’ long bridges over Tomahawk Creek and approach roadways. Construct a 159’ long bridge on Watermill Parkway over Powhite Parkway and approach roadways.
