This project covers the delivery, installation, and start-up, of a rental 80 KVA UPS. Contractor will verify the existing connected load to an existing Liebert UPS: Model 37BP080XWXCBNR; Serial # 3T00005193. Perform all necessary demolition and site preparations to install a temporary UPS of the same size and capacity as existing. Due to space limitations, it is anticipated that the existing Liebert UPS referenced above will require full disassembly and removal prior to the placement and connection of a temporary UPS of comparable size and capacity. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the delivery, demolition of existing, installation of temporary and start-up, maintenance (if required), and removal of the rental equipment to include disassembly at the end of the rental period. The Contractor shall clean the work area daily and secure all tools and materials for patient and staff safety. See attached file.
