Description: To establish a contract to furnish labor to repair deteriorated pipe insulation and lagging at City Utilities John Twitty Energy Center, James River Power Station and McCartney Generating Station. To encapsulate, and repair deteriorated or damaged areas of pipe insulation, including the reinsulation of piping, valves, and fittings from which insulation may previously be removed. Pipe and fitting; shall be reinsulated with materials furnished by City Utilities.
