The required service is for furnishing all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor for performance of potable and non-potable water regulatory testing in accordance with the Virginia Department of Health/Office of Drinking Water, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the latest edition of 40 CFR 136, and the latest approved standard methods by the Division of Consolidated Laboratories (DCLS). Laboratories must be certified by the DCLS in all analytes covered by this contract through the Virginia Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (VELAP). See attached file.
