Mobile UHF Radios. The requirement is for a ruggedized, non-CCI ground-to-air transceiver operating across LVHF, VHF, and UHF bands (30–400 MHz) with up to 10W of variable output power. It must support AM/FM voice and secure cipher-text modes, complying with ETSI EN 300 676-1 standards for 8.33 and 25 kHz channel spacing. The unit must feature an integrated web server and SNMP V3 for remote IP-based configuration and command. To ensure survivability, it must meet MIL-STD-810H/461G standards, carry an IP65 rating, and support flexible AC, DC, or BB-2590 battery power (NSN 5820-01-695-9351).
