Description: INVITATION TO BIDA-DOCK WSDOT PORT ELECTRIFICATION UPGRADES, PROJECT #CSM-58 The Port of Anacortes (the "Port") is requesting bid proposals for the A-Dock WSDOT Port Electrification Upgrades, Project #CSM-58 (the "Project"). The Port will only consider sealed bid proposals that are: i) are plainly marked A-Dock WSDOT Port Electrification Upgrades, Project #CSM-58, ii) include the name and address of the Bidder, and iii) are timely received by 10:00 am, PST on November 5, 2026 at: Port of Anacortes 317 Commercial Avenue Anacortes, Washington 98221 Bids will be opened and recorded at that time. The A-Dock WSDOT Port Electrification Upgrades in Anacortes, Washington as detailed in the Project drawings and specifications. The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to: implementation of temporary site controls, traffic/pedestrian controls, marine environmental/water quality controls, and temporary erosion and sediment controls; miscellaneous upland demolition and disposal; site excavation and backfill; installation of electrification systems both upland and in-water; asphalt and concrete surface placements; and other site restorations and construction appurtenances as more fully defined in the Contract Documents (the "Work"). Plans, Specifications, Addenda, Contract Documents, and Bidders List for this project are available through the Port of Anacortes' online plan room by going to bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", "Port of Anacortes", and "Projects Bidding". The Port will only consider sealed bid proposals that are: i) are plainly marked West Basin Upland Improvements \& Event Facility, Project #PROP-33, ii) include the name and address of the Bidder, and iii) are timely received by 10:00 am, PST on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 at: Port of Anacortes 317 Commercial Avenue Anacortes, Washington 98221 Bids will be opened and recorded at that time. The West Basin Upland Improvements \& Event Facility in Anacortes, Washington as detailed in the Project drawings and specifications. The Project generally consists of internal site and external traffic control, raw site clearing and grubbing, tree and vegetation removal, installation of erosion/sediment control devices, deep site excavation, structural backfill, aggregate base installation, heavy civil grading and sub-grade preparation conforming to engineered contours and drainage slopes, utility routing and tie-ins, geotextile fabric installation, hot-mix asphalt paving, concrete curbs/gutters, ADA-compliant ramps, roadway striping, lighting, and integrated storm drainage infrastructure completion, ground-up development of a new 16,000 square-foot municipal event facility with lease spaces on undeveloped land, development of a waterfront public park, and other upland construction appurtenances as more fully defined in the Contract Documents (the “Work”).
