PM2026-4 Paving At Various Locations (LOCIP)

Description: The City of Norwalk is soliciting sealed bids under Bid No. 4533 (PM2026-4) for a paving project carried out under the Local Capital Improvement Program (LOCIP) at various city locations. The scope includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for paving the roads identified in the Detailed Scope of Work, along with driveway replacement, resetting of structures, and site restoration. Substantial completion is required within sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed, subject to state contract compliance and spending allocation requirements.
