Description: To install, modify, and repair plumbing systems in facilities owned or leased by the city. Plumbing systems included, but are not limited to, domestic water, heating, cooling, hot water systems, conditioned water systems, pool water systems, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems. Services will include, but are not limited to, installing and repairing piping, fixtures for commodes, urinals, drinking fountains, pools, water spray features, and additional plumbing-related issues as they arise.

Plumbing Services - (RFP)
Scope of services the contractor shall provide plumbing maintenance and related services including, but not limited to: troubleshooting and repair of plumbing issues. Emergency plumbing repair services. Testing and inspection of plumbing components. Compliance with all applicable plumbing codes and safety standards. Coordination with city staff during scheduled work. Cleanup and disposal of debris resulting from maintenance activities. Services may be required during regular business hours or after hours in emergency situations. Requirements the contractor must be able to provide to the city one master plumber or journeyman with basic tools and vehicles on an as needed basis. The contractor must be able to respond to service calls 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The contractor is required to respond to emergency calls within a 2-hour period.
