Plumbing Parts & Supplies and Plumbing Systems Maintenance & Repairs

Description: The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is inviting submissions from qualified suppliers for plumbing parts and supplies as well as plumbing systems maintenance and repairs at DSBN facilities on an as-needed basis for a three-year period beginning November 1, 2023 and ending October 31, 2026. Suppliers may pre-qualify under one or both of two categories: Category A for plumbing systems maintenance and repairs, and Category B for plumbing parts and supplies. The contract consolidates the scopes of four predecessor contracts (21017, 21152, 23201, and 22018) and may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods ending October 31, 2029, with additional qualified suppliers added to the pre-qualified list throughout the contract term.
