Playground Renovations - Holmes Field / DPRC RFP

Description: Demolition and removal of existing playground surfacing and installation of new safety surfacing at Field Playground. Provide a lump sum price to furnish and install poured in place rubber safety surfacing, bonder rubber surfacing and appurtenances to for the playground. Limits of Work Areas as per plans, stockpiling, staging and construction entrance shall be determined in the field. Protect existing City/Park property encountered, existing base material, playground equipment and appurtenances. Furnish, install, and maintain six-foot height panelized/mobile temporary constructions metal fence and hardware as required to protect and secure the limits of work, stockpiling and staging area. Restore any lawn and hard-scape areas utilized, disturbed or damaged by the work.
