Description: The Department of the Army is seeking information from industry on a platform-agnostic, modular, open-architecture Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) to support Condition-Based Maintenance Plus across mixed fleets. The Government is interested in commercial or modified-commercial solutions for rotary-wing, fixed-wing, ground, and maritime platforms that avoid proprietary hardware or software lock-in.
