Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District issued this special notice to obtain industry feedback on a potential project labor agreement for converting two existing barracks buildings into operational facilities for three command levels. The work described includes hazardous-material and debris abatement, partial demolition, replacement of the building envelope and mechanical/electrical systems, a new TPO roof and exterior painting, with utility and adjacent-project coordination.
