This is an active presolicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract to convert two existing 1950s-era barracks buildings, 3221 and 3222, into operational facilities for the Multi Domain Task Force at Joint Base Lewis McChord. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District anticipates renovating about 63,400 square feet, including a Battalion headquarters and company operations space in Building 3221 and administration, readiness, and troop aid facilities in Building 3222. The notice says the solicitation documents are expected on or about November 12, 2026, with proposals due on or about December 28, 2026.
