This is a warehouse expansion to an existing facility. Construction will be a Pre-engineered metal building with IMP exterior walls and metal roof. New dock positions will be added to the existing building with the truck drive and dock apron extended to the added docks. An ESFR sprinkler system will be added to the new warehouse with typical warehouse lighting and ground mounted HVAC units will condition the space. Significant modifications to the storm water piping and detention ponds are required.
