Description: The Defense Health Agency is conducting market research for a pilot program providing supplemental cancer coverage to eligible members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, and their dependents. The no-cost-to-government program would be funded entirely by beneficiaries and cover certain noncovered cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment expenses. Interested carriers must submit written responses addressing plan design, coverage, eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, reporting, and underwriting by the stated deadline, and no contract award is guaranteed.
