Description: Work includes gmp and consists of approx 45,000 SF of former grocery space and 30,000 SF of adjoining retail space within an existing multi-level shopping center. The project includes redevelopment and renovation work to support a future whole foods market tenant and associated retail improvements, redevelopment includes demolition, facade and entry improvements, vertical transportation upgrades, structural modifications, utility upgrades, loading dock improvements, and associated site/accessibility work.
