Physical Security Monitoring and Guard Services for Multiple Facilities

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is soliciting proposals to provide physical security monitoring and unarmed uniformed guard services across roughly 300 NCDOT facilities statewide, including 24-hour Security Operations Center staffing at key sites. The scope includes furnishing specified numbers of security officers, sergeants, SOC operators, and optionally uniformed sworn police officers, with required training and background checks in compliance with NC law. The initial contract term is three years beginning on the effective date or March 1, 2026 (whichever is later), and vendors must meet HUB/utilization and financial certification requirements.
