Provide comprehensive project management and coordination services for the entirety of the contract. Project management documents must be accessible to NITA and Service Board staff. These services shall include, but may not be limited to, maintaining project schedules, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, monitoring progress toward key milestones, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed in accordance with the approved scope, timeline, and project objectives. Project management and coordination activities shall include: Develop a project work plan and schedule. This contract is not intended to design and launch a new website but will support the existing digital platform while providing the technical capacity needed to develop new features, applications, integrations, data tools, and public-facing services as NITA’s
statutory and operational responsibilities evolve.
