PHPA 3994: Technical Assistance for Onboarding Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) Suppliers RFP

Description: Maryland Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide targeted technical assistance to prospective and current MDPP suppliers across Maryland, including enrollment, billing, and program operations support. The work includes a statewide readiness assessment, individualized assistance to at least three provider organizations, stakeholder engagement, monthly technical-assistance opportunities, feedback collection, implementation tools, and a peer-learning session, with performance from October 1, 2026, through June 29, 2027.
