Description: Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG), for Fermilab, is soliciting commercial quotes for a single-award firm-fixed-price purchase of two PHOTEK PMT240 photodetectors, model PMT240/Q/S20B/G. The equipment must have the specified two-stage MCP, 40 mm active area, fused silica window, S20B photocathode, and standard gating, and must be delivered freight prepaid to Warehouse 2 at Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois. Offerors must submit a completed RFP page with pricing plus SARC and PUR-466 forms by August 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central time, and exceptions to the specifications or terms may disqualify a quote.
