Project consists of addition and renovation, phase 2. Work includes bid package no. 14 - general trades, bid package no. 29 - painting. This portion of the project will include casework, doors, resinous flooring, signage, lockers, gym flooring, athletic equipment, telescoping stands, and painting.

241-Network Contract Office 01 (36C241)

Requirement for laboratory casework for the renovation of the pathology and laboratory. The contractor shall: Coordinate and provide project management of all products and services to manage, verify design, order, ship, deliver and install new casework from the manufacturer until final acceptance by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)/ VA Point of Contact. Contractor is required to have on site staff supervisor with OSHA 10 certification. Contractor is required to completely install all casework and associated components and accessories.
