Nevada County is soliciting qualified Design-Build Entities to design, permit, and construct renovations to the Grass Valley Veterans Memorial Building through a two-phase selection process that begins with Phase I prequalification and proposals. The project includes renovations to a two-story, approximately 34,000 sf, Risk Category III building and will address shell, interior, services, equipment, furnishings, and site work to improve accessibility and resilience. The procurement is funded by the California Strategic Growth Council’s Community Resilience Centers Program and requires submission of cover letter, prequalification questionnaires, and other proposal documents.

The City of Corona is soliciting prequalification submissions (RFQual RFQ 26-027CA) for the Fire Station No. 2 - Phase 1 Project, which includes construction of a 7,800 sq ft apparatus/storage building, a 900 sq ft gym, site improvements, underground utilities, an emergency generator, and related work. Only Class B General Building Contractors may apply and must complete the prequalification questionnaire and submit required documentation electronically through the PlanetBids Documents & Attachments tab. The prequalification package is due Feb 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM PST and the construction period is anticipated to begin July 2026 with completion by June 2027.
