Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments for the West Sacramento Levee Improvement Program

Description: The West Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency is seeking Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments for the Contract 1S, Yolo Bypass East Levee–South, and Union Pacific Railroad Closure Structure corridors, with work in other program areas and Phase II assessments potentially authorized as optional tasks. The work includes regulatory and historical research, site reconnaissance, GIS data, risk screening, and parcel-specific draft and final reports under applicable environmental requirements, including ASTM E1527-21. The assessments will support property acquisition, access planning, and construction readiness for the levee improvement program.
