Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment - Wrangell Deep Water Port Site (Request for Qualifications)

Perform a Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental site assessment for the Wrangell six-mile Zimovia Highway deep water port site. Additional Scopes of Work. In addition to the scope of services outlined in this RFQ, the Borough may, within five years from the date of a contract with the successful Consultant, request proposals to provide typical environmental, civil or geotechnical professional services including to technical advice, further site and/or geotechnical assessments, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plan, site cleanup and disposal of contaminated materials, contamination remediation, abatement, engineering design and specifications, cost estimates, bidding, construction contract administration, and regulatory agency coordination.
