Pharmacogenomic Analysis of Participants Enrolled in the STAR-B Randomized Clinical Trial of Semaglutide for Alcohol Use Disorder
The National Institutes of Health, through NIDA, seeks genomic laboratory and bioinformatics services for pharmacogenomic analysis of biospecimens from participants in STAR-B, a randomized clinical trial of semaglutide for alcohol use disorder. Work includes specimen receipt and tracking, DNA extraction and quality control, genome-wide genotyping and/or sequencing, bioinformatic processing, and delivery of raw, processed, annotated, and documented data.
