SEE SECTION 5.2 OF SPECIFICATIONS The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (WVOSA), Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The Department of Health Facilities (DHF), Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital (MMBH), to secure pricing for a one time purchase to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and anything incidental for the replacement of approximately 800 linear feet to our existing perimeter fence, and approximately 300 linear feet of repair to our existing perimeter fence, and approximately a 550 linear feet expansion of the fresh air area containment fence. Will be installing (2) 5' walk gates, (1) 18' wide electric slide gate system and (1) 12ft double drive gate. This fence will encompass 31 acres of property that is owned and operated by the State of West Virginia. Installation will be at Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital, 1530 Norway Avenue, Huntington, WV 25705. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
