Peer-review of NASA Guidelines for Establishing SMACs and SWEGs and Evaluation RFP

Description: NASA Shared Services Center intends to award a sole-source contract to SciPinion LLC for an external peer review of NASA guidelines establishing Spacecraft Maximum Allowable Concentrations (SMACs) and Spaceflight Exposure Guidelines (SWEGs), along with an evaluation of Johnson Space Center toxicology policies. The contractor will assemble a peer-review panel and produce a final report containing recommendations and methodological references for updating NASA toxicological policies. This is a Special Notice for a contract procurement, not a grant program, and interested organizations were asked to submit capability statements rather than quotations.
