This requirement is for the design of test and evaluation facility installations, systems, and equipment under the cognizance of NSWCPD. This includes all existing and proposed Hull, Machinery Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment. Support is needed at the NSWCPD test sites and facilities to address various issues of concern such as floor loading, support systems capacities, and available power. Additionally, support is needed regarding Mission Readiness Panel (MRP) Assessments, Integrated Test Readiness Reviews, and Integrated Schedule Reviews. The required design support may range in scope from small test stands to full scale land based test and engineering sites, replicating actual shipboard systems and ancillary equipment to be installed at NSWCPD. The designs required will be conceptual, preliminary and detailed as described herein; the level of design will depend upon the project scope and complexity for each project under its Technical Instruction (TI), as approved by the respective NSWCPD test site or facility Program Manager. These designs may be applicable to either new or existing test installations. All deliverables shall be submitted in accordance with the applicable Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
