PD-33-0081; Fire Alarm Programming RFP

Description: Receipt and Tracking of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE): The contractor shall receive and store fire alarm GFE. The Government will provide 14 days’ notice of when GFE will be sent to the contractor. The contractor shall document all hardware/material that is stored at their facility in support of performance of this SOW (CDRLs A007, A008). Any hardware/material that is removed from inventory at their facility shall be documented (CDRLs A007, A008). The contractor shall ensure all Code 336 tracking and reporting information is updated on a weekly basis for review by designated Code 336 personnel. Ensure that any established trackers, dashboards, or other reporting tools are fully updated with the latest weekly data from Tasks above. Contractor formats are acceptable but must allow the Team Lead to easily assess the overall health of the project portfolio and drill down into the details of individual projects as needed. The format may be reviewed periodically by Code 336 so that revisions and updates can be suggested for implementation. See attached file.
