The project covers 20.610 miles of pavement improvements in Horry County across S-1121, S-19, S-366, and S-66. Work includes mill-and-replace on S-1121 and S-66, full-depth cement reclamation on S-19, and an overlay on S-366. The contract also includes pavement and curb removal, shoulder and asphalt work, pavement markings, rumble strips, and traffic control.
