The City of Newport Beach is soliciting a consultant to provide comprehensive pavement management program and inspection services, including field inspections per OCTA guidelines, MicroPAVER database updates, PCI reporting, quality control, OCTA Measure M2 reporting, GIS ArcMap deliverables, and project coordination. The work includes inspecting arterials, collectors, residential streets and alleys on a multi-area schedule, updating a MicroPAVER database (663 branches, 1,998 sections) and producing PCI reports separated by residential and arterial categories.
